ABSTRACT: - Pharmacovigilance defined by the World Health Organization as “the science and activities relating to the collection, detection, assessment, understanding and interference of adverse effects or the other medication or vaccines related problem”. It additionally called the drug safety. The pharmacovigilance word comes from Greek word pharmakon (drug) and Latin word vigilare (keep watch).It is supported the adverse drug reaction.
