Abstract: This paper explores the impact of Covid 19 pandemic in Education Sector, out class Teaching-Learning, at the time when Close schools, and other social places, including libraries. The Covid-19 pandemic made a tragic impact on the entire world throughout the education, businesses, economy, health, jobs and so on. Educational institutions and Most of the Industries, businesses switched to the virtual and offered online services with the help of technology. Online education and all the digital initiatives have the responsibilities to revolutionize higher Education. Practices Using Technology to Enhance Teaching and Learning. Education Institutions Prepared Technology for Teaching and Learning. Library had to change their operations to ensure continuity of the services that they provide. Libraries have resorted to using technology and communication channels that uphold measures to ensure continuity of services. Many Educational Institute Develop Institutional website as a Teaching Learning., Online Accessible Data bank for students and Teachers. Updated Institutional Learning Management System. Develop a Repository of Learning Resources. Teachers Role from knowledge provider to coach and Mentor, also s/he can be facilitator, guide enabler, and co-learner. Responsibility of Learner-online environment demand Proactive Learning on the part of the learner. Teachers and students facing different types of Challenges in online Education –Technological Issues and Internet Connection. Difficulties in to measure online examination result and Restriction cheating instances in online examination Library embraced the situation and what it offered in terms of Library collections, services and support to their users. Libraries was engaged heavily through social media for providing soft copies of resources that are out of copyright on demand, UGC and other type of Institutions like IFLA has taken Initiative during Covid 19 Pademic. To provide open Source software’s and Resources to the Educational Institutions
