Abstract

One of the most important and challenging issue in human interaction is the communication between the visually impaired individuals. The method of communication is totally different from the language of other non-disabled people. Few cases (i) A blind person speak but the deaf cannot listen; (ii) Deaf person makes sign language signs but the blind person cannot see it. Thus this paper study on the issues and problems that are faced by the visually impaired people and finds a solution by making use of JSAPI module and Sphinx module. The proposed system offers solution to the challenges.
