Abstract
In today's world, banks play a crucial role, even as there's a growing movement against plastic usage. However, one sector that continues to thrive is the credit card industry. Nowadays, many Indians feel that a wallet without a card is incomplete. Given the increasing importance of credit cards, it's crucial to understand cardholders' satisfaction levels and the challenges they face. This study specifically aims to assess credit cardholder satisfaction in Kannur. It will explore demographic profiles, banking behaviours, the practical utility of credit cards, and reasons motivating their usage.
