This research paper investigates the relationship between sustainability reporting and corporate performance. Utilizing theoretical frameworks such as Stakeholder Theory, Agency Theory, and the Resource-based View, the paper explores the mechanisms through which sustainability reporting influences organizational outcomes. Methodologically, a quantitative analysis approach is employed, drawing on data from financial and sustainability reports to examine the impact of sustainability initiatives on financial and non-financial performance indicators. Empirical findings indicate a positive correlation between sustainability reporting and corporate performance, with companies that prioritize sustainability practices experiencing higher financial returns and market valuation. The implications of these findings for corporate managers, investors, and policymakers are discussed, highlighting the importance of integrating sustainability into business strategies and decision-making processes. Recommendations are provided for improving sustainability reporting practices and enhancing organizational resilience. Finally, avenues for future research in the field are identified, emphasizing the need for longitudinal studies and exploration of emerging sustainability trends.
