Identification of the missing child in this wide world is a difficult thing. Usually police and CBI make a notice of the child people face to catch them if they spot in public places if they missed or kidnapped. But remembering their faces by the public people will be problematic one since they will be having memory problems. And catching the child in a common public place by the public people may cause problem to them. So they will not make a notice to the police if they see the child person also and the police seem it as a tragedy to catch the child in common public places. In our proposed scheme an automated identification of the child with face matching detection using video surveillance is done. Here Artificial Intelligence domain plays the major role where the CCTV itself identifies the child person and intimate them to the police with the face captured image. The process of identification will be extracted with Gaussian Feature Point Extraction where the face features of the child are extracted and trained. With the trained feature pattern Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) classification classifies out the child face among multiple face extracted patterns. Detection gives an E-mail alert with the photo system to the police. Thus the given system makes an automated identification of the child among public place. This system will be able to detect face and recognize face automatically. This will help the law enforcements to detect or recognize suspect of the case on the scene. The results show that about 98% of Childs can be detected with a good accuracy compared with the other processing solutions.
