Mental health disorders are a significant global concern, affecting millions of individuals worldwide. Cognitive-behavioraltherapy (CBT) has emerged as a highly effective intervention for various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and stress. However, traditional CBT delivery methods, such as individual therapy, can be inaccessible and costly for many individuals. To address these limitations, we propose the development of a comprehensive CBT-based mental health app that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to provide personalized support and early detection of mental health concerns.We believe that our proposed CBT-based mental health app has the potential to make a significant contribution to improving mental health outcomes and reducing the burden of mental health disorders worldwide.
