The findings aim to provide insights for employers and employees alike, fostering a more harmonious integration of work and personal life to optimize productivity and job satisfaction. Additionally, the research delves into the psychological aspects of work-life balance, investigating how job demands, autonomy, and social support contribute to an individual's perceived balance. It also explores the consequences of an imbalance, including stress and burnout, which can adversely affect productivity.
