People nowadays often struggle with constipation. Several intestinal symptoms, such as trouble passing stool and dry stool, which occur less frequently than two or three times per week, are indicative of constipation. That issue, though, turns into "chronic constipation" if it persists for an extended period of time. A few drugs that can make you constipated, irritable bowel syndrome, not drinking enough water, and not eating enough fibre are all linked to constipation.
Normal Transit Constipation is the most type of constipation faced by people. In this type of constipation stool passes at a uniform rate but patient may feel constipated. Another type of constipation is Slow Transit Constipation which can be caused by the lack of dietary fibres. Certain herbs have a constipation-reducing effect, according to the Ayurveda System of Medicine. Indian traditional medicine is known as Ayurveda. As to Ayurveda, deregulation of "Apana Vata," the Vata subtype that governs descending movement, is the reason behind irregular-digestion.
