3D printing technology has revolutionized many industries in recent years, allowing for the creation of complex and custom objects with speed and efficiency. One material commonly used in 3D printing is Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), a thermoplastic that offers a balance of strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness. However, with advancements in topological optimization, the capabilities of 3D printing using ABS material have reached new heights. This paper will explore the advancements made in topological optimization for 3D printing using ABS material, the problem it aims to solve, and the proposed solutions.
